ATLANTA — Rheem announced the launch of its Multi-Trade Pro Partner Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Program, expanding its contractor loyalty platform to support businesses working across both HVAC and water heating markets.

The new initiative combines elements of the existing Rheem and Ruud Pro Partner programs into a single platform for contractors selling heating, cooling, and water heating products.

According to Rheem, the program was developed to address the growing number of contractors serving both air and water markets. The company said the platform is designed to provide business growth tools, training, incentives, and customer support resources.

“Rheem Manufacturing offers a unique and comprehensive portfolio of residential solutions, providing a true single-source partner for both HVAC and plumbing contractors,” said Randy Roberts, vice president of wholesale at Rheem North America.

Rheem said participating contractors may realize more than $75,000 in annual program value depending on business size and participation levels.

The program is structured around four areas: consumer experience, contractor incentives, training and education, and marketing and business support.

Consumer-focused resources include the company’s Quality Pledge program, Residential KwikComfort Financing, and Ratings & Reviews tools designed to help contractors build homeowner confidence and increase sales opportunities.

The contractor incentives section includes seasonal promotions, stackable Seasonal CashBack offers, Residential KwikComfort Financing, and ProClub Rewards points on eligible equipment purchases. Rheem said participating contractors can also receive 1,000 bonus ProClub points.

Training and education offerings include access to Interplay Learning, Graduate Studies courses, and Rheem Premier Innovation Learning Centers for hands-on technical and business training.

The marketing and business support section includes digital and social media assets, regional brand awareness campaigns, locator listing placement on Rheem.com and Ruud.com, and social media management tools with English- and Spanish-language content.

Additional support resources include reputation management through RepBooster, website services through WebSuite, customizable advertising templates, recruitment support through MilitaryHire, live chat access through My.Rheem.com and My.Ruud.com, and a dedicated Water Heating Technical Concierge Hotline.

Rheem said enrollment in the program is now open through local Rheem and Ruud distributors.
