Finturf and Palmetto Expand HVAC Financing Options for Contractors

HVAC contractors can now access Palmetto’s financing offerings through Finturf’s network, creating new opportunities for energy-efficient heating and cooling upgrades.

Why It Matters

  • Expanded financing options can help HVAC contractors overcome homeowner cost concerns by providing more flexible ways to fund high-efficiency heating and cooling upgrades.
  • The Finturf and Palmetto partnership gives contractors access to additional financing solutions through a streamlined platform, helping reduce administrative steps and simplify the sales process.
  • Access to HVAC-as-a-Service models like Palmetto’s Comfort Plan creates opportunities for contractors to build longer-term customer relationships through ongoing maintenance and future replacement work.

GLENDALE, California — Finturf has announced a partnership with Palmetto to expand financing options available to contractors offering HVAC, battery storage, solar, and energy-efficient home solutions.

The Glendale, California-based contractor sales platform said the partnership will integrate Palmetto’s financing offerings into Finturf’s financing network, giving contractors access to additional clean energy-focused capital solutions through a single application process.

According to Finturf, the expanded financing network is designed to help service professionals present more options to homeowners, increase approval opportunities, and accelerate funding timelines while reducing administrative complexity.

“Expanding our financing network with a forward-thinking clean energy leader like Palmetto represents a meaningful step forward for Finturf,” said Cinda Lawson, head of lender partnerships at Finturf. “As homeowner demand for sustainable upgrades continues to grow, contractors need flexible, competitive financing options that meet the moment.”

Palmetto’s platform focuses on simplifying access to energy-related solutions for homeowners and contractors. Through the partnership, Palmetto’s financing capabilities will be connected with Finturf’s contractor network to help support projects that may otherwise be delayed due to upfront costs.

“Great financing should be fast, flexible, and simple for contractors and homeowners alike,” said Machias Schoen, senior vice president, head of HVAC & Heat Pump at Palmetto. “Partnering with Finturf brings Palmetto’s clean energy financing into one streamlined workflow, helping contractors expand approvals, reduce friction, and move more projects from estimate to installation.”

A key component of the partnership is access to Palmetto’s Comfort Plan, a subscription-based HVAC-as-a-Service leasing model. The program allows homeowners to upgrade to high-efficiency heating and cooling systems with no upfront costs.

The Comfort Plan includes 10 to 12 years of coverage with annual maintenance and no labor or parts costs. For contractors, the model provides ongoing opportunities through scheduled maintenance services and future replacement work, extending customer relationships beyond the initial installation.
