For energy efficiency, Next-Gen All-Temp models include single speed EC motors that can be field or factory wired for dual speed operation.
Heat Transfer Products Group, LLC (HTPG), manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment sold under the recognized brands of Russell, Witt, Kramer and ColdZone, announces the release of its new Next-Gen All-Temp Low Profile Unit Cooler line. The new design features high efficiency motors, easy service access, new fan guard design and deep draw venturi to achieve optimal air flow, coils with enhanced copper tubing, and redesigned housing. These models can be used with multiple refrigerants, and are available in air, electric and hot gas defrost configurations.

HTPG’s Next-Gen All-Temp Low Profile Unit Coolers are designed to be easier to service. The end panels slide out for quick access to piping and electrical connections. The top pan includes slotted mounting points to simplify installation. Units mount flush to the ceiling to maximize storage space and meet all NSF requirements. The embossed aluminum housing is lightweight, easily cleaned, and durable.

For energy efficiency, Next-Gen All-Temp models include single speed EC motors that can be field or factory wired for dual speed operation. Dual speed EC motors are compliant with California Title 24 requirements. The units feature enhanced copper hairpins for maximum heat transfer while reducing refrigerant charge. Optimal air flow pattern is achieved by the new fan guard design and deep draw venturi. For increased performance, heavy-duty 12” aluminum fans are balanced to provide vibration-free operation, and fan sections are baffled to prevent short cycling of the discharge air.

Electric defrost models include a defrost termination/fan delay control, heater safety thermostat, and heater that is mounted on the air intake coil face to provide optimal performance and easy maintenance. Electric and hot gas defrost models have heaters affixed to the drain pan, which can be easily removed for service or cleaning.

Drain fittings can be quickly disconnected for service or replaced without changing the entire drain pan.
