A-Gas Americas reports it impressed visitors with its innovative new products and services at the 2016 AHR Expo in Orlando. Over-the-counter cylinder exchange business Refri-Claim®, which makes refrigerant reclamation easy, sustainable and profitable, made an impact with visitors. Refri-Claim, part of A-Gas America’s Total Solutions® offering to partners in the wholesale market, provides back-up refrigerant cylinders, helps with repairs and handles the paperwork associated with recertification.

The new Gas-Trak Online (GTO) app from A-Gas also attracted attention. GTO is a refrigerant management reporting and advanced cylinder-tracking tool developed by A-Gas. It is a fast and simple way for wholesalers and contractors to manage refrigerant use on their mobile phones and tablets. A-Gas Americas is currently working on modifications to GTO targeted specifically at the US refrigerant market.

Refrig Health Check from A-Gas, the new oil and refrigerant analysis service for HVAC&R systems, also impressed visitors. RHC is perfect for system troubleshooting and can be used during annual maintenance to ensure contamination issues are resolved before system damage happens. Refrigerant testing is performed to AHRI 700 standards through our AHRI certified-laboratory. RHC is a complete oil and refrigerant analysis solution in one box, available to contractors directly from A-Gas Americas wholesalers.

A-Gas Americas VP of Refrigerant and Environmental Services Robert Hennessy said: “It was a very successful show for A-Gas Americas.  We were exhibiting at AHR Expo for the first time since bringing our US businesses together into one recognizable brand. Visitors were clearly impressed by the benefits of this and by our products and services at the show. There were lots of inquiries and it was great to see new customers and old joining us at the booth.”
