F.W. Webb Opens Expanded Rochester, New York Facility to Streamline Support for Trade Professionals
Bedford, Massachusetts — F.W. Webb Co. consolidated its Rochester, New York, operations into a state-of-the-art, 170,000-square-foot facility, creating a comprehensive resource to propel the vital work of trade professionals across Western New York. Strategically located at 200 Holleder Parkway, the new building combines F.W. Webb’s former wholesale location at 595 Hague Street and its Water Works facility at 795 Beahan Road into a fully integrated operation designed to maximize efficiency and convenience.
“This new facility strengthens our presence in a rapidly expanding market and delivers valuable new solutions to our customers,” said Bob Mucciarone, COO of F.W. Webb Company. “By unifying operations and adding a self-serve concept, this new location advances our mission to give our customers what they need, when and where they need it.”
More than four times the size of the previous wholesale location, the new facility stocks tens of thousands of products across the plumbing, heating, HVAC, PVF, industrial, and Water Works categories.

For everything from emergency repairs to extensive renovation projects, the facility offers tools, systems, components, replacement parts, and cleaning supplies. An adjoining pipe barn houses an extensive inventory of piping materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, high-density polyethylene, black steel, and copper.

Trade professionals can receive in-person support, technical guidance, and product expertise from F.W. Webb’s seasoned team, eliminating guesswork from selecting products and helping projects run smoothly.

F.W. Webb’s Water Works division provides solutions for professionals working with water utilities, wastewater management, electrical conduit projects, geothermal systems, and other essential applications. The division supplies critical components such as pipe, valves, fittings, water meters, and fire hydrants, helping communities across Western New York stay safe, healthy, and operational.
To accommodate growing demand and deliver superior customer service, Stevens plans to expand his team, with hiring anticipated for counter positions, warehouse associates, and inside sales roles in the coming months.
Located just off Mt. Read Boulevard and approximately one mile from Routes 390 and 104, the facility features ample parking and convenient access to downtown Rochester and the greater metropolitan area.
The location is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
