BEDFORD, Massachusetts — F.W. Webb opened a new wholesale HVACR supply store and warehouse in Somerdale, New Jersey, expanding access to equipment and materials for contractors in the greater Philadelphia area.
The 44,000-square-foot facility, located at 900 Kennedy Boulevard, serves plumbing and HVACR professionals with a broad range of systems, parts, tools, and accessories. According to F.W. Webb, the new location is designed to function as a centralized supply hub to support jobsite efficiency and reduce procurement time.
Company leadership identified the region as a growth market. “We anticipate this new store will become an important resource for the trades in this community,” said Bob Mucciarone, CEO of F.W. Webb Co.
The store is positioned near major transportation routes, including White Horse Pike, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Route 295, allowing contractors to access materials quickly and return to job sites with minimal downtime.
F.W. Webb said the Somerdale location is built to improve operational efficiency through several features:
- A large, in-stock inventory of HVACR equipment, pipe fittings, and job-ready materials;

- An open-concept layout designed to simplify product selection and reduce time in-store.
“For everyone from one-van contractors to operators at large facilities, this store was built to be a place the trades can count on,” said Tim D’Armiento, general manager of the Somerdale location.
