Carrier Acquires 75F to Expand AI-Powered Building Automation and Intelligent Controls

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida — Carrier Global Corp. has acquired 75F, a developer of cloud-native, wireless, AI-enabled building automation systems, further expanding its intelligent building portfolio and digital ecosystem.
The acquisition strengthens Carrier's capabilities across commercial buildings, retrofit projects and data centers by combining HVAC equipment, building controls, predictive analytics and AI-driven automation into a unified platform.

Carrier said the acquisition complements its existing portfolio, including WebCTRL building automation, Abound predictive analytics and the Nlyte operational intelligence platform. Integrating those technologies with 75F's AI capabilities and unified data layer is expected to help building operators automate maintenance, improve energy efficiency, optimize asset performance and enhance occupant comfort.
Founded to modernize building automation through cloud software and wireless technologies, 75F's platform combines wireless sensors, controls, cloud-based software and AI-driven automation designed to simplify installation and commissioning while improving indoor air quality and building performance.
